SRUTI (State-Wide Reach-Out for Understanding Technology and Innovation)
Objective & Vision: The initiative aims to identify, document, and support grassroots innovations across Madhya Pradesh by leveraging local knowledge to solve local problems. It envisions a thriving ecosystem where community-driven solutions are nurtured and scaled for broader impact.
Methodology: Key strategies include expanding a statewide network of innovation scouts and mentors, establishing incubation hubs in major cities, and organizing innovation challenges. A digital platform will enable innovators to submit ideas, track progress, and access resources. Mentorship, legal support for patents, and industry connections will further strengthen the innovation pipeline.
Expected Outcomes: The initiative will result in a comprehensive inventory of grassroots innovations, empower local innovators with resources and guidance, and foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and collaboration throughout the state.
Implementation & Budget: The roadmap includes phases for scouting, network expansion, incubation hub setup, and digital platform development, followed by mentorship, patent support, and scaling efforts. Budget allocation will cover field visits, platform development, legal services, and investor engagement.
Incentives & Strategic Integration: Innovators and startups will benefit from grants, subsidies, tax breaks, and access to funding and mentorship. By integrating best practices from successful innovation models, this initiative aims to build a robust and inclusive innovation ecosystem in Madhya Pradesh.
